Complaints and Appeals

The Client may complaints or appeals AFIC Halal authority’s decision regarding suspension or withdrawal of certification. All complaints or appeals should be made completing Complaints and Appeals Form within 15 days of receiving AFIC Halal authority notification. The General Manager/Technical Manager will contact client to acknowledge the receipt of information within 5 working days of receipt. All the complaint and appeal received by organization will be closed within 10 working days after receipt of the complaints and appeal.
